Due to the nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.
Our journals are professional working materials and must be returned in new, unused, and resaleable condition.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returns
Returned journals must be:
Unused
Unmarked
Free from writing, creases, bent corners, stains, or wear
In the same condition as received
You may inspect the journal only as you would in a physical shop.
Any use beyond this inspection (including writing, excessive handling, or visible wear) will result in the return being refused or refunded at a reduced amount, up to 100%.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for journals that:
Have been written in
Show signs of use or handling
Are damaged or altered after delivery
Return Process
Returns address provided upon contacting us
You must contact us before returning any item
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked service
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
